How do I register for the virtual conference?
Joining a Swapcard event requires a join code. Upon successful registration. Informa Connect will share the join code & join link in an email, so please check your inbox. Only authorised email addresses will be admitted to the use of digital platform.
If you haven’t received an invitation link or join code 3 weeks before the event, please contact us.
On the Day
Simply tune in by clicking on the join link to watch the event live.
Access from Anywhere. Home, office, café, wherever! Desktop, laptop or mobile device. Simply ensure a stable broadband connection.
What if I would like to nominate a replacement attendee?
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no charge. To enable replacement of attendees’ details to take place, substitution must be enquired in writing at least 5 business days before the start of the event.
Have a meeting to attend? For your viewing flexibility, the event will be recorded for access after its conclusion. This will be available for 3 months.
Need an on-boarding session before the event?
To help attendees to better familiarize with the virtual platform, we are running onboarding sessions as follows:

Accessing Informa Connect Virtual Conferences – Notice for participants from China and Indonesia
Delegates are advised to test and confirm their access to our event platform (Swapcard). Based on our test results, China, Indonesia have limitations on accessing these platforms and may need a VPN.
Delegates are required to source and pay for their own VPN. Below are some options of VPN providers, as mentioned in often viewed portals. Informa Connect is not liable for quality or security issues and participants are advised to seek clearance from their internal IT departments before procuring the same.
